Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with HR inquiries, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain employee personnel files and ensure I-9 compliance.
- Answer employee questions regarding benefits and provide necessary forms and information.
- Perform general office work such as filing, copying, scanning, faxing, and answering phones.
Requirements:
- Prior office experience.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, including Excel.
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
