Job Responsibilities
- Track all incoming and outgoing parts for the dealership.
- Locate available parts when the dealership is out of stock.
- Handle parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed correctly through the service department and collision repair shop.
- Pack and ship parts back to the manufacturer occasionally, and complete the appropriate record keeping.
- Refer to the parts manuals (both hard copy and electronic format) to identify exactly the right part(s) for the make, model and year of vehicles being serviced.
- Full Time and Part Time positions available
Job Requirements
- 2 years Automotive Parts Experience
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience REQUIRED
- Automotive knowledge including: inventory systems, vehicle systems such as brakes, suspension/steering, electrical, engines, fuel, systems, air conditioning/heating and engines
- Internet sales experience a PLUS
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills in person and via phone
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Team oriented
- Problem solving
- Multitasking in a high volume environment (you won't get bored here!)
- Ability to be flexible to help department achieve it's goals!

Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
