Better Banks is looking to add additional Consumer Loan Processor in the Chillicothe Branch. The Loan Processor is responsible for managing and supporting all aspects of consumer lending, and supporting the general loan processing team, as needed. They provide daily administrative support to the Lender including ordering required documents necessary to process loans, to prepare and book all new consumer loans, including indirect dealer loans and maintaining loan files.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily support to the Lender, including providing reports as requested
- Ensures all documentation for the loan file is received in a timely manner, and prepares for closings
- Records bank lien on collateral documents
- Enters loans onto the core system and maintains/updates loan files as necessary
- Provides customer service to internal and external customers
- Manages monthly reconciling and payouts for dealer reserve accounts
EDUCATION &/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- 2 years’ Banking Experience (Preferred)
MENTAL & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to sit for extended period
- Ability to prioritize, analyze, problem-solve
- Strong time management
- Ability to work within a team environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.39 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
