Better Banks is seeking a highly motivated Universal Banker with a passion for customer service to join it's team! Come experience the friendly and energetic atmosphere of community banking!
Hours for the position
M-F 8:15-4:45 off Saturday. The following week, M-F 7:45-5:15 Saturday 7:45-12:15 with day off during week when working Saturday. The team rotates Saturdays where they typically work 2 to 3 out of the month. 40 hours per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides high level customer service by building and retaining relationships
- Opens, maintains, & closes customer bank accounts
- Builds trust with current & potential customers to understand their product/service needs, & provides solutions that will benefit the customer
- Educates customers on identity fraud
- Assists with customer bank account inquiries or concerns
- Performs teller responsibilities
- Maintain and balance a cash drawer
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
A High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year retail customer service experience, required.
- 1 year previous teller and/or banking experience, preferred.

Pay: $17.00 - $24.50 per hour
