Job Summary
We are seeking a International Customer Excellence Specialist to provide ordering support to retail customers via email. Process orders, lookup information and answer questions pertaining to all phases of order fulfillment.
Essential Functions :
- Accurately enter email orders into software system.
- Research and provide accurate details regarding shipment dates, expected delivery dates, invoice totals, discounts and related invoice or shipment details.
- Field New Account inquiries and assist customers in navigating company website.
- Interact with retailers, sales representatives, and consumers with courtesy and professionalism.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
