Job Summary
The Change Control Analyst plays a key role in implementing and executing product change processes for all the brands within the Better Being Co portfolio of products.
We are looking for someone who has a mind for organization, processes, and timelines. Someone who has a passion for natural products and understands the mind of our health and wellness consumer. This position will be responsible for coordinating updates of product changes, product development and execution of processes.
Essential Functions:
- Supports the operational process functions of various health and wellness brands in the Better Being Co portfolio of products.
- Manage product changes by completing the following:
- Organize and track packaging changes in progress.
- Manage data and supporting information.
- Initiate change request forms and follow up to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and following the process.
- Work with other departments to obtain the necessary information to conduct changes in the system.
- Assist with building the components of packaging elements using internal systems.
- Route and solicit approvals from other departments for packaging changes and notify departments impacted by the changes.
- Actively seek ways to improve our processes by making changes faster, more effective, and less disruptive.
- Manage the discontinuation process by gathering item information and inventory quantities. Coordinate across the organization to update Sales and Distribution systems and discard excess components.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support of and involvement in company, department, and/or safety policies, procedures, programs and activities.
- Maintenance of a clean and orderly work area.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in product or project management
- Experience with and a successful track record of managing complex, multifaceted, multi-stakeholder projects with flawless execution in terms of results and timing.
Skills and Competencies:
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle a large amount of detailed information.
- Ability to coordinate a plan of action within defined deadlines.
- Experience with Excel spreadsheets.
- Ability to proactively solve problems and work cooperatively with others cross-functionally.
- Great communication skills both verbally and written.
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to use hands and fingers to operate a keyboard, mouse, and other computer equipment.
- The employee will occasionally be required to lift bottles, jars, and boxes, up to 15 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities include close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, extensive reading, proofreading and comparison.
