Job Summary
We are seeking a International Customer Excellence Specialist to provide ordering support to retail customers via email. Process orders, lookup information and answer questions pertaining to all phases of order fulfillment.
Essential Functions:
- Accurately enter email orders into software system.
- Research and provide accurate details regarding shipment dates, expected delivery dates, invoice totals, discounts and related invoice or shipment details.
- Field New Account inquiries and assist customers in navigating company website.
- Interact with retailers, sales representatives, and consumers with courtesy and professionalism.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Work within a team environment to attain department objectives.
- Exhibit a positive attitude, support corporate directives, and be adaptable to change.
- Support of and involvement in company and department safety policies, procedures, programs and activities.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
- Three or more years of Customer Service experience.
- One or more years of data entry and 10-key experience.
- An interest in or willingness to learn about nutritional supplements and the natural products industry.
- Must have problem recognition and decision-making abilities.
- Good verbal, written and phone communication skills.
- Experience with word processing and spreadsheet applications preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, and percentages.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
- Employees must exert up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include near acuity, far acuity, depth perception, accommodation, color vision, and field of vision.
