Act as an active Agent with a focus on Luxury real estate and investment properties. Build your net worth, and your network through investor based transactions. Partner with your brokerage on specific investments, and work together to multiply your opportunities. Better Blueprint Realty is a Brokerage that focuses on generating your own business rather than waiting on leads, and allows you to focus on making not 1 method of income per transaction but 2, 3, or 4 methods of income. Associate Broker Income streams
- Referrals to our mentorship program – 20%
- Luxury real estate listings and buyers. $850K to $10m
- Become an active investor and generate listings through flips, Airbnb’s, multi-family, and developments.
- Sell to investors, and always have a built-in buyer pool so long as you have a good deal.
- Option to teach 1 on 1 mentorship program at higher profit splits after meeting minimum requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesQualifications:
- 2 years as an agent in Colorado, specifically
- Personal sales volume (PSV) should average 12 transactions per year. Individual Agents should maintain that level of volume each year to continue their ICA with BBR. In the event the Agent is unable to maintain that PSV during any calendar year, the Agent agrees to a one year probationary period to get the PSV back up to 12 transactions for the next calendar year. BBR Management and staff will be committed to your success during this probationary period and dedicate time to helping you succeed.
- Must be located in Colorado, specifically between Colorado Springs and Fort Collins.
- Must be skilled in KVCore
- Must work towards an average Buy/list price of $1,000,000.
Compensation:
Compensation is 100% commission based. Compensation can range from $40,000 to $500,000 per year. Benefits: Flexible schedule; Professional development assistance
Employment Structure: The agent will be hired strictly as a 1099 contractor.
Branding/communication: All branding and customer communication must be done with Better Blueprint Realty-approved marketing, logos, and marketing material. The contractor must use a Better Blueprint Realty email address, along with Better Blueprint Realty Headers and footers on all business marketing activities..

Pay: $101,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
