Monday – Thursday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

Founded in 2017, our company has experienced substantial growth each year and is actively expanding our product offerings. Better Brands Inc. is currently seeking an energetic and driven individual to fill a full-time position as a Administrative Assistant who will provide support to the Quality Assurance/Human Resource Manager in the areas of document control and various administrative tasks.
The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Keep organizational documents up-to-date, such as labels, product specification sheets, PFS and various product spreadsheets.
- Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to edit and update the product specification sheets.
- Update recipes in recipal as needed.
- Ability to research and assimilate new information readily
- Perform a variety of general administrative tasks.
- Prioritize, maintain, and complete all tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Handle confidential data and matters discreetly and professionally.
- Ability to manage and complete last-minute tasks regularly.
- Work independently and as a team player.
- Organize, scan, and file documentation in the appropriate location.
- Maintain and organize digital files.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to perform tasks as needed.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess the following competencies:
- Exemplary organizational skills and focus on detail
- Ability to research and assimilate new information as needed
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), and Adobe
- Strong proficiency at Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign
- Excellent organizational skills
Minimum requirements include:
- 2 years of administrative support experience or relevant experience (required)
- Associates degree (preferred)
- Proficiency at Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Adobe Acrobat
- Valid driver’s license
Physical Requirements:
· Requires long periods of working at a computer
Benefits:
· 2 Weeks Paid vacation.
· 40 hours paid sick leave.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
