About The Position

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepares, arranges, and coordinates sales-related Excel reports, Power BI, data analysis, presentations, admin functions, and projects
- Generates, maintains, and updates sales and related management reports
- Conduct analysis functions and provide feedback
- Assist with project management of large projects.
- Oversee department organization by maintaining the integrity of physical and digital content, tasks, and projects tracked through project management software.
- Provide updates on project status and quantify measurements such as on-time completion, project types, etc
- Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Business Development leaders, including sensitive or confidential ones, determining the appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
- Track and update statistics to measure the success of marketing and sales efforts, such as lead campaigns and marketing campaigns
- Provide monthly updates to department leadership using master stats information.
- Prepares Data Analysis Presentations and presents data insights
- Prepare presentations and reports as needed
- Maintain utmost discretion and confidentiality in relationships with Leadership and all Board members
- Adheres to compliance with applicable rules and regulations set in bylaws regarding board and board committee matters, including advance distribution of materials before meetings in electronic/paper format
Required Skills/Abilities
- Superior analytical and organizational skills
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel experience and knowledge
- Beginner to Intermediate Power BI Skills
- Project Management Skills are essential
- Comfortable and effective with multi-tasking while delivering solutions
- Comfortable with running multi-dimensional projects using project management tools
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Communication and interpersonal skills of the highest level with the ability to empower and motivate staff and justify actions taken
- Knowledge of office administrative procedures and technology
- Ability to ask – and answer – meaningful and impactful questions
- Ability to work independently and change directions as needed
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
- Ability to be resourceful in all situations with a “can-do” attitude
- Working knowledge of standard business processes, such as office flow and available resources
- High level of professionalism in all forms of communication with strong business writing skills and experience
- Ability to motivate and communicate executive expectations while remaining respectful.
- High School Diploma
- High proficiency in Excel and analytical tools
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
