What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Cleaner position at Better Business Cleaning?

Cleaning Schedule:
1st Building:
Monday and Wednesday for 2hrs (Access 5PM - 11PM)
Friday OR Saturday 2hrs (Access time for S 7am-7pm)
2nd Building:
Monday and Wednesday 30min (Access time 5pm-11pm)
Friday OR Saturday for 30min (Access time on F 5pm-11pm and S 7am-7pm)
Total Hours: 7.5 per week
Commercial cleans include trash removal, wiping surfaces, bathrooms, breakrooms, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming.
Who you are?
- Responsible - You MUST show up every shift.
- Comfortable with alarms - must be able to arm/disarm building security.
- Goal Orientated: Hardworking & Looking for long term employment.
- Punctual- Able to show up at the scheduled flex windows.
- Able to work confidently, knowing that you bring value to our customer.
Light Duty Commercial Cleaning includes:
- Wiping down desk surfaces/dusting open areas
- Mopping/Vacuuming
- Cleaning Restrooms & Break Areas
- Trash/Recycling Removal
- Setting the standard for all cleaners
- Building inspections after regular cleaner has completed their shift
- Special cleaning projects
Must have smart phone to access the cleaning app.
Must have reliable transportation & drivers license.
