We are seeking an experienced Director of Surgery Services to lead a dynamic team at a 100-bed hospital in Fort Mohave, AZ. This role is responsible for managing surgical services, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- 6 Operating Rooms (ORs)
- 1 Cath Lab
Compensation Package:
- Salary: $118,000–$150,000 annually
- Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
- Relocation Assistance: $5,000 (for a 3-year commitment)
