Overview:
We are seeking a skilled MRI Supervisor to oversee technical operations, compliance, and staff management within the MRI department. This role involves leadership responsibilities, including workflow management, patient care oversight, and staff development, ensuring safe and effective diagnostic services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the technical and compliance aspects of MRI operations.
- Schedule and coordinate staff to align with patient volume needs.
- Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new team members.
- Oversee technical procedures, patient care, and workflow management.
- Perform MRI technologist duties as required.
- Serve as a coach and mentor, fostering collaboration among staff.
- Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule (8 AM–Noon, Saturday and Sunday).
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent from an accredited Medical Radiographic Program.
- Advanced MRI certification.
- At least three years of MRI experience.
- Two years of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
- Effective communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with ACR accreditation.
- Active MRSO certification.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $85,675–$128,502 (USD).
- Signing Bonus: $15,000 (distributed in three equal payments).
- Partial relocation package available.

Pay: $90,523.00 - $122,956.00 per year
