We are growing our brand! We seek a team of travelling trainers to help us lead the openings of our new locations on the horizon!

New Store Opening Trainers at Better Buzz are responsible for leading, instructing, coaching all new store team members to ensure exceptional guest experience as we continue to grow within California and expand into new markets!
This position requires extensive travel. Travelling trainers will support New Stores from two weeks up to 6 weeks during and after café openings. If New Store Openings are not active, trainers will support existing locations.
Pay for this full time position is $20.00/hour. Better Buzz Coffee will pay for travel expenses while you are deployed at an opening.
Responsibilities
Travelling Trainers:
- Lead and support new team members with shoulder-to-shoulder training
- Educate and train hands-on work to new hires and team members
- Improve training processes to ensure effective and thorough education
- Ensure efficient and effective store operations within given guidelines
- Analyze training needs for better performance
- Coach team on quality, safety and guest experience
- Passionate about developing and mentoring others
- Adheres to company policies and procedures
- Flexible and available to work all shifts - days, nights, weekends and holidays as-needed

Qualifications
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Hospitality management: 1 year preferred
- Kitchen experience: 1 year preferred
- Experience in a high-growth, multi-location business within the food services or hospitality preferred
- Mastery or the training function preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills required
- New Location Opening: 1 year required
Required Schedule: Holidays, night, weekend availability, must be able to work 40 hurs per week.
Willingness to travel: 100% required
