Better Buzz Coffee is seeking a Point of Sale Specialist!
The primary role of this position is to be a friendly cashier for our guests during our peak hours. This person will need to know and understand our menu. By way of suggestion, with every transaction, the role is to introduce our guests to menu items that they may have never tried.
While the main role of this position is at our cash register/point of sale, all positions in the building must be learned. As the primary guest facing representative, this team member must present themselves professionally with a smile - every time.
Pay $17.00 tips
We are looking for people to work 22 hours per week and to work our most peak hours at the cash register.

Responsibilities:
Delivers consistently excellent & personalized guest experiences at register and drive thru expediter for up to 5-hour shifts
Must be very comfortable suggestively selling at the point of sale as it is required with every transaction
Minimum of 1 year experience in fast paced food service/hospitality preferred
Previous fast paced coffee experience preferred
Drive-Thru experience is preferred
Guest service focused, solution oriented
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers
Must be available to work 22 hours/week including weekends and holidays
