The SHIFT SUPERVISORS provide a coffee experience that is FELT, SEEN, HEARD and REMEMBERED!
Pay $17.50 generous tips that historically average around $5 - $6 dollars extra per hour.
We offer a flexible schedule and require that our supervisors can work 28 hours per week with open availability.

Responsibilities
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for creating the Buzz Life experience for all guests and team members. The Shift Supervisor serves as a shining example of excellent service for both internal and external guests.
Duties:
- Responsible for balancing and managing deposits
- Active in inventory and waste management
- Administer breaks
- Adhere to opening and closing duties checklist and procedures
- Any other duties at the discretion of the store manager or other members of leadership
Better Buzz Coffee is a local USDA Organic Certified Coffee Roaster with multiple current locations and growing.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED graduate preferred
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
- 2-3 years of Food and Beverage experience preferred
- Coffee experience preferred
- Must be available to work at least 5 days of the week and a minimum of 28 hours.
- Must be able to work 2 of the 3 busiest shifts of the week.
- Must be able to work a mixture of open, closes and mid-shifts as dictated by the business needs.
