Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Regional Training: Facilitate SmartPath training, lead management, and business development workshops for dealerships across multiple regions.
- Drive Process Improvements: Collaborate with dealership leadership to ensure effective adoption and sustained use of SmartPath, leading to long-term performance gains.
- Provide Hands-On Coaching: Work directly with dealership staff, coaching them on showroom processes, sales techniques, and team performance.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between internal teams and dealership leadership, ensuring seamless project execution and proactively addressing challenges.
- Extensive Travel & Engagement: Travel is a major component of this role, requiring at least 16-18 days per month of on-site dealership support across all assigned regions.
