Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCSW, LCSWA, LMFT, LMFTA, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and experience working with diverse populations, ages 13 and up. This role involves providing therapeutic support through individual therapy sessions, conducting patient assessments, and utilizing evidence-based practices to promote mental wellness.
Front Office Staff
- Does scheduling
- Billing
- Credentialing, and insurance panels
- Claims and follow-up
- Confirmations
- Client onboarding, and documentation
Counselor Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment plans.
- Provide individual sessions, utilizing techniques such as motivational interviewing to engage clients effectively.
- Implement evidence-based practices in behavioral health, including the use of ICD-10 coding for documentation purposes.
- Facilitate telehealth sessions as needed, ensuring accessibility for all patients. .
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
- Valid licensure or certification in counseling or therapy (LCMHC, LCSW, etc.).
- Proficiency in patient assessment techniques.
- Knowledge of behavioral health practices and ICD-10 coding is essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
