Position Description:
The Project Experience Specialist is an organized and energetic individual dedicated to supporting the sales and customer service teams. The Project Experience Specialist is responsible for ensuring all projects are moving according to timeline as well as keeping sales and customer service teams updated on projects. The ideal candidate is a self driven and detail-oriented individual with the ability to effectively communicate with others and is able to handle multiple projects at once.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Project Experience Manager to work with sales and customer service teams to ensure that projects are moving forward according to timeline.
- Have an understanding of the entire sales process & solar installation process to be able to answer questions about the project or process.
- Relay updated information regarding the project status to sales and customer service teams as projects move forward.
- Proactively communicate with the Operations team to push projects to the next stage.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with the technology we use (Slack, GSuite, CRMS’s, Zoom)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- HIGH ENERGY
- Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Detail Oriented
- Good interpersonal skills
Technical Requirements:
- Must have stable internet connection and a back up.
- Must pass a SpeedTest.Net with at least a score of at least 20 mbps
Pay: $300/pay period (every two weeks)
Salary : $300
