Overview

Tudor’s Biscuit World and Gino's Pizza and Spaghetti House Crew Members work various positions within our restaurants including Cashier, Cook, Baker, and Dining Room Attendant. Through the interview process applicants will be able to learn about the specific job duties of each of the available positions and express their preference for specific jobs. All Restaurant Crew members balance speed and efficiency with pride in their work and respect for their teammates, managers and customers. Training is provided to ensure that all new Crew Members learn correct processes and procedures that give our customers a fantastic service experience that will guarantee their return. We have openings in our Winfield, Eleanor, Poca, Hurricane, Teays Valley and Nitro locations.

Responsibilities

• Based on specific job assignment either prepare food or provide direct customer service with the highest levels of quality, speed, accuracy and friendliness.
• Meet company standards of safety and cleanliness
• Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume
• Set a good example for coworkers with a positive attitude
• Follow all operational policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance

Qualifications

• Must ensure reliable transportation to work
• Be able to communicate with co-workers and managers effectively
• Stand for long periods of time
• Reach and lift overhead up to 25 pounds
• Work in hot and cold temperatures for long periods of time
• Work around, handle, operate, and control hot equipment and products in a safe manner
• Work at a pace consistent with changing business volume and demands
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
• Ability to work as part of a team
