Characteristics of a great candidate for the role:
- Ability on a daily basis to commute within Colorado Springs to various healthcare facilities and engage accounts on face-to-face basis.
- Possesses strong research acumen and the ability to discern key decision-makers within target organizations. Demonstrates a proactive approach to gathering industry insights, utilizing various resources to identify key stakeholders, and strategically mapping out influential figures who play pivotal roles in partnership decisions.
- Strong communication skills: A Community Liaison must be able to communicate effectively with various individuals and groups, including patients, healthcare providers, community organizations, and internal team members.
- Relationship-building skills: A Community Liaison should have the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including potential referral sources and community partners.
