What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Better Hearing and Audiology LLC?
Our bustling audiology practice is looking for an experienced full-time receptionist for long-term employment. We are hoping to find someone who will love and serve our patients and whom our patients will love as well. Our office has a productive, warm, and inviting spirit and we are passionate about what we do. We are praying to find someone to join our team who will enhance the spirit of our office and our mission of better relationships through better hearing.
Benefits: $15.50-17.50/ hour based on experience. Pay increases with training completion. For example, phone protocol certified increases pay by an additional $0.50/ hour. Paid time off including 6 holidays, 80 hours vacation, and 30 hours sick leave per year. 401k with up to 4% employer matching and life insurance after time worked requirements are met. Hearing care discount after 6 months of employment.

Physical Requirements:
Good vision and fine motor skills (for hearing aid repairs and cleanings).
Ability to lift 30lb occasionally, vacuum, sit & stand (deskwork and occasional housekeeping).

Duties Include:
Quality Customer Service!
Managing phone calls/faxes. Scheduling patients. Data entry. Taking payments. Assisting with marketing. Billing and follow-up for insurance companies, VA and Medicare. Basic hearing aid cleaning and repairs. Occaisonal housekeeping.
We will train on billing, software, and hearing aid care.
This is a small office so whatever else needs to be done, see it and do it.
