What You'll Do:
As a Transaction Coordinator, you will be the backbone of real estate transactions, ensuring a smooth, seamless process from contract to close. Your role is critical in supporting agents, maintaining compliance, and providing top-tier client service.
πΉ Manage transactions from executed contract to closing, ensuring all deadlines are met
πΉ Review contracts and documentation for accuracy and compliance with brokerage and state requirements
πΉ Coordinate with agents, clients, lenders, attorneys, and vendors to ensure a seamless closing process
πΉ Track critical deadlines such as inspections, due diligence, and financing contingencies
πΉ Prepare and distribute transaction files, addenda, and necessary disclosures
πΉ Keep CRM and transaction management systems updated with all relevant details
πΉ Provide administrative support to agents by handling escrow deposits, scheduling, and client communication
πΉ Ensure compliance with brokerage and industry standards
What We're Looking For:
β Real estate transaction experience (preferred, but willing to train the right person)
β NC/SC Licensed candidates
β Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
β Excellent communication skills verbal, written, and professional correspondence
β Tech-savvy comfortable using CRM systems, transaction platforms, and Google Suite
