What You'll Do:

As a Transaction Coordinator, you will be the backbone of real estate transactions, ensuring a smooth, seamless process from contract to close. Your role is critical in supporting agents, maintaining compliance, and providing top-tier client service.

πŸ”Ή Manage transactions from executed contract to closing, ensuring all deadlines are met

πŸ”Ή Review contracts and documentation for accuracy and compliance with brokerage and state requirements

πŸ”Ή Coordinate with agents, clients, lenders, attorneys, and vendors to ensure a seamless closing process

πŸ”Ή Track critical deadlines such as inspections, due diligence, and financing contingencies

πŸ”Ή Prepare and distribute transaction files, addenda, and necessary disclosures

πŸ”Ή Keep CRM and transaction management systems updated with all relevant details

πŸ”Ή Provide administrative support to agents by handling escrow deposits, scheduling, and client communication

πŸ”Ή Ensure compliance with brokerage and industry standards


What We're Looking For:

βœ… Real estate transaction experience (preferred, but willing to train the right person)

βœ… NC/SC Licensed candidates

βœ… Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

βœ… Excellent communication skills verbal, written, and professional correspondence

βœ… Tech-savvy comfortable using CRM systems, transaction platforms, and Google Suite
