Your Role as a Real Estate Sales Agent:

• Maintain and grow relationships with clients to drive sales.
• Build meaningful connections that create new opportunities.
• Meet with buyers and sellers, understand their needs, and match them with the perfect properties.
• Host open houses that bring attention to our listings and attract potential buyers.
• Oversee the entire sales process from listing to closing, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
• Bring in new clients and consistently look for ways to expand your business.
• Become a market expert—know the community inside and out so you can confidently answer client questions about homes, pricing, and neighborhoods.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Previous experience successfully closing real estate transactions
• A tech-savvy mindset and the ability to adapt to industry tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Self-motivation and a drive for success.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• A valid Real Estate License. (Mandatory)
