Duties

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the entire process.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, trends, and competitive listings.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote properties effectively, utilizing various platforms and tools.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions through administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage lenders, appraisers, and inspectors, to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance in all transactions.
• Manage property listings and conduct open houses to attract potential buyers or tenants.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales or property management is great but not mandatory. We love new agents!
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on meeting client needs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks related to real estate operations.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations is highly desirable.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with a broader clientele.
