Job Summary:As an Agent Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top real estate talent. You will utilize your expertise in networking, relationship building, and recruitment strategies to identify and onboard high-performing real estate agents and brokers who align with our company’s values and vision. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for real estate, a knack for connecting with people, and a drive to grow our brokerage with exceptional talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract experienced and new real estate agents.
- Actively network and build relationships within the real estate community, including attending industry events, hosting informational sessions, and leveraging social media platforms.
- Systematically identify and engage potential candidates through online searches, referrals, and targeted outreach efforts.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure alignment with company culture and goals.
- Present the value proposition of joining Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Treasure, including our tools, training, mentorship programs, and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align recruitment efforts with business growth objectives.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and track recruitment metrics to evaluate success.
Qualifications:

- NC Real Estate License required
