What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the Charge in Marketing Strategy: Shape and execute powerful marketing campaigns that align with our ambitious goals and push the boundaries of brand growth. Your strategies will directly fuel the growth of our real estate office and impact the success of over 80 agents!
- Master Brand Management: Be the guardian of our brand! Ensure consistency and strength across all marketing platforms—from print and digital to social media and in-person events. Keep our identity bold, beautiful, and unforgettable.
- Collaborate and Support Our Agents: Work closely with our amazing agents to understand their needs and provide them with the cutting-edge tools, resources, and personalized strategies they need to thrive. Your leadership will be key to their success.
- Drive Digital Marketing Innovation: Lead the way with digital marketing campaigns that include SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid ads to supercharge lead generation and elevate our online presence. You’ll be the architect of digital strategies that keep us ahead of the curve.
- Create Engaging Content: From blogs and newsletters to social media posts and stunning property listings, you’ll be at the forefront of creating content that speaks to our audience and drives results. Creativity is your superpower!
- Plan and Execute Amazing Events: Whether it’s organizing impactful marketing events, open houses, or community outreach programs, you’ll be the mastermind behind building relationships and engaging with clients and prospects.
- Manage the Marketing Budget: Oversee the marketing budget with precision, making sure every dollar is spent strategically to support our goals and drive ROI.
- Analyze and Optimize Performance: Use your analytical skills to track performance, measure key metrics, and refine strategies to ensure we’re constantly improving and achieving outstanding results.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in marketing (preferably real estate), with at least 2 years in a leadership role. You know the ropes, and you’re ready to lead by example!
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Skills:
- Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, social media, and content creation.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms, and social media management tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills that inspire teamwork and collaboration.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
