- Implement behavior management strategies to support clients with specific needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client care activities and report any concerns to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
- Assist with case management tasks, coordinating services and resources for clients as needed.
- Support clients in social activities and community engagement to promote their overall well-being.
- Ensure a safe and clean living environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
Experience
- Previous experience in direct care roles such as senior care, childcare, or home care is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of first aid practices is beneficial for ensuring client safety.
