Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to clients in the comfort of their homes, ensuring their well-being and safety.
Duties
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with light housekeeping tasks
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and outings
Skills
- Experience in hospital medicine, geriatrics, emergency medicine, or related fields is preferred
- Ability to work with diverse populations in various settings such as inpatient, outpatient, clinics, and trauma centers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and patience when caring for individuals with varying needs
- Knowledge of medical-surgical procedures is a plus
