We are seeking a Certified Public Accountant to join our team at Better is Better LLC. Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in financial reporting.
• Conduct thorough account analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend solutions.
• Interpret financial reports to provide actionable insights for management.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for operational planning.
• Oversee governmental and corporate accounting practices within the organization.

Requirements

• Active CPA license required.
• Proven experience in public accounting or corporate accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial report interpretation and account analysis.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and governmental accounting principles is a plus.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Quicken or similar tools.
