Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Specialist to join our team. This multifaceted role is crucial to ensuring our properties are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guests and tenants. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Cleaning:
- Thoroughly cleaning short-term rental properties between guest stays, ensuring a spotless and welcoming environment.
- Cleaning long-term occupied homes as needed.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of our office space.
- Post-construction cleanup of rehabbed properties, removing debris and preparing them for occupancy.
- Supply Management:
- Picking up and organizing cleaning supplies and other necessary materials.
- Maintaining inventory and notifying management when supplies need to be replenished.
- Minor Maintenance:
- Performing basic maintenance tasks, such as tightening door handles, bath fixtures, towel rods, etc.
- Identifying and reporting larger maintenance issues to management promptly.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to established cleaning checklists and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with management and team members.
- Manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
