Education/Certification Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in education/training, administration, management, social work, human services, or a human service-related field
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of two years' experience in human service field (social work, psychology, sociology, human development, mental health, criminal justice, education, etc.)
Skills/Qualifications Including but Not Limited To:
- Excellent writing and computer skills
- Excellent listening and verbal communication (including de-escalation and redirection in times of conflict)
- Teamwork
- Demonstrates understanding and empathy for others
- Current and valid Driver's License with no more than 3 points assessed
- Current auto insurance that meets the minimum automobile liability and medical coverage required by Nebraska law
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft products, Internet, Outlook, and portal
