Join Our Dedicated Caregiving Team at Pearl City Place We are seeking compassionate and skilled individuals to become part of our exceptional caregiving team at Pearl City Place.
This role is a key member of our healthcare team and involves providing direct care to residents, having successfully completed caregiving training and demonstrated competence in these essential skills.
The position operates under the supervision of the Health & Wellness Director in collaboration with the Executive Director / Administrator.
Care Support Specialists are responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, including medication management, personal care, delegated nursing functions, social interactions, activities, and light housekeeping duties.
A Medication Management Certificate is preferred but not required.
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) are encouraged to apply, and senior care experience is highly valued.
On-the-job training is provided to ensure a smooth integration into our team.
Compensationis determined based on the applicants level of experience and certifications held.
Shift differentialis also available for certain shifts.
