Better Living’s Cabinetry Design Center is growing, and we’re looking for a talented Design and Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys blending creativity with customer service, helping clients bring their dream kitchens, bathrooms, and home spaces to life.
What You’ll Do:
As a Cabinet Design & Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with customers to plan, design, and sell cabinetry solutions for residential projects—including new construction, remodels, and renovations. You’ll guide clients through the entire process: from idea to installation.
Compensation:
Pay is based on experience, sales performance, and project profitability. Full training is provided.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their vision, space requirements, and budget.
- Prepare detailed designs, material specifications, and cost estimates.
- Create layout plans using customer sketches, blueprints, or site measurements.
- Coordinate specialty product orders, including purchasing, scheduling, and delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment.
- Conduct in-home site visits to measure, consult, and provide follow-up.
- Provide outstanding customer service from first contact through final installation.
- Proactively identify opportunities for add-on sales and project upgrades.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Proficiency 20/20 or similar design software.
- Basic understanding of construction or remodeling terminology is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confidence to meet with clients face-to-face and in their homes.
- Previous design or cabinetry experience is helpful, but not required—we will train the right person!
