What are the responsibilities and job description for the Care Partner - OSL position at Better Living Management Services, Inc?
Provide personal care services for residents. This including bathing, dressing, laundry, grooming, meal set-up, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and any other personal care. Provide assistance with serving meals and snacks as assigned. Provide set up and eating assistance as needed. Assist with clean up after meal service and clean work areas including equipment, dishes, and utensils. Respond to and report significant changes in resident's health status including but not limited to: choking, chest pain, fever, change in level of consciousness and behavior, hyper/hypoglycemia, abnormal vital signs, abnormal eating or bowel patterns, weight loss.
