What are the responsibilities and job description for the Care Specialist position at Better Living Management Services, Inc?
This position is a member of the health care team who has received caregiving training and has been deemed competent in these skills. This position works under the supervision of the Health & Wellness Director partnered with the ED/AED. Care Support Specialists perform a variety of services and tasks necessary to maintain and support residents in their activities of daily living including personal cares, delegated nursing functions, social interactions/activities, and homemaking.
This position is a second shift position with every other weekend.
