Executive Director, LALD

Job Summary
The Executive Director is a pivotal leadership role responsible for guiding the assisted living community towards its strategic objectives. This position requires a visionary leader who can effectively manage operations, drive business development, and foster a culture of excellence. The Executive Director will work closely with the leadership team to provide excellent resident care, implement policies, oversee program development, and ensure the organization meets its mission and goals.

Duties

• Lead the organization in strategic planning and execution to achieve long-term goals.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to best practices adn state regulations.
• Manage budgets, resources, and personnel to optimize organizational performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including community partners, funders, and government agencies.
• Drive business development initiatives to secure funding and expand program offerings.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and process improvement.
• Represent the organization at public events, meetings, and conferences to promote its mission.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,309.03 - $75,000.00 per year
