Maintenance Supervisor
Overview:
Join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor where you will oversee the maintenance operations to ensure the efficient upkeep of our 19 bed assisted living community. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing maintenance activities and ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance tasks to maintain the facility in optimal condition
- Manage facilities management processes to meet safety and quality standards
- Oversee and fabricate repairs, replacements, or installations as needed
- Implement Industrial maintenance best practices to enhance equipment longevity
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute maintenance schedules
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in supervising maintenance operations
- Proficiency in facilities management and Industrial maintenance techniques
- Knowledge of Low voltage systems is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
