Responsibilities:
- “Wow” patients with excellent customer service experiences.
- Support a fun and playful clinic environment.
- Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans under their supervision.
- Set up equipment and prepare treatment areas for therapy sessions.
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities as directed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy area and equipment.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Pre-PT/PTA or allied health degree tract preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Empathetic and patient-focused attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Skills:
- Basic computer skills for utilizing our electronic flowsheets.
- Physical ability to perform physical tasks like squatting or lifting as needed.
- Ability to learn how to operate therapy equipment and assistive devices.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 30 per week
