Job Title: Direct Service Professional

Job Type: Part-Time (Monday - Friday, 12p-4p)
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Service Professional to provide essential support to individuals with disabilities, particularly those with Autism. The successful candidate will help members engage in community activities and foster their personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accompany members into the community for various activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Support members in building social skills and community involvement.
- Assist members with daily living skills as needed.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, especially Autism, is required.
- Must possess reliable transportation and current vehicle insurance.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- A caring and patient disposition.
