Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about maintaining accurate inventory? We’re looking for an Inventory Specialist to oversee the tracking and organization of materials used in fiber-optic installations. In this role, you will manage inventory on a contractor site, ensuring that essential equipment—such as splitters, construction materials, vaults (for protecting electrical wiring), and markers—are properly labeled and stored in the right place.

Key Responsibilities:
- Track and verify stock information, including unit identification numbers.
- Conduct inventory audits and perform cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Unpackage, sort, and stage materials for production.
- Ensure proper labeling and organization of inventory at the contractor site.
- Work independently to prioritize workflow and maintain operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records using Excel and other inventory tools.
- Support ongoing process improvements in inventory management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Excel and inventory management systems is a plus.
- Flexibility in scheduling as needed.
- Prior inventory, logistics, or warehouse experience is a plus.
