What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Better Sport and Spine?
Duties include:
- Greet patients and answer phones with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Enter patient demographics, payments and scheduled appointments in computer.
- Assist in patient care activities.
- Performs other general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning and faxing.
- Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Billing and processing payments.
- Stocking shelves/inventory.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
Must be have good communication skills, be energetic and detail-oriented. Able to work independently within a team concept. Must possess good computer skills, math skills, ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Hours per week: 25-30
- Compensation Structure – Based on level on experience $15-$16/ hour
- Experience: office administration: 1 year (Preferred) Education
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
