- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of patients
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Provide direct patient care and behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral disorders
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure the best outcomes for patients
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

- Board Certification as a Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
- Experience in conducting diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques and principles
- Knowledge of data collection methods and analysis
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
