POSITION SUMMARY :
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for the overall leadership, vision, P&L, and strategic direction of the company. As the top executive, the CEO will report to the Board of Directors to shape the company's mission, set long-term goals, drive operational excellence, and ensure financial success. The CEO will also be the face of the company, building relationships with key investors, partners, and clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, a deep understanding of the vacation rental industry, and proven experience leading a growing company through change and scaling in that field. This role requires a visionary leader with analytical prowess, decisive action, and a focus on results, driving innovation and strategic growth while fostering a resilient and adaptive company culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and implement the company’s overall vision, strategy, and long-term goals to drive growth and profitability.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities and areas for expansion.
- Lead the team in setting clear business objectives and ensuring alignment across departments.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including property management, guest relations, and quality control.
- Ensure properties meet high standards and comply with local regulations and safety protocols.
- Optimize operational efficiencies in pricing strategies, booking management, and housekeeping processes.
- Develop and manage the company’s budget, financial forecasts, and P&L statements.
- Analyze key financial metrics to maximize profitability and monitor cash flow.
- Oversee marketing strategies across multiple channels to build and promote the company’s brand.
- Analyze guest feedback and reviews to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Leverage technology to streamline operations and enhance guest experiences.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new booking platforms.
- Ensure excellent guest experiences from booking to check-out with best customer service practices.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team aligned with company goals and values.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, developing risk management policies.
