POSITION SUMMARY :
As our Social Media Manager , you’ll be the voice of Black Girl Vitamins across all platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of Black millennial and Gen Z culture and the ability to translate that knowledge into compelling, shareable content. You’ll create, manage, and engage with our online community daily, driving visibility and fostering loyalty. From strategizing content to engaging followers, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our brand’s presence and amplifying our mission.
RESPONSIBILITIES : Community Engagement
- Connect with Our Audience : Engage with comments on posts and ads, responding to every interaction to foster a sense of community.
- DM Management : Handle DMs across platforms (Primary, General, Requests) to keep lines of communication open.
- Viral Interactions : Engage with at least ten popular posts daily to boost visibility and keep our brand in the conversation.
- Influencer Outreach : Execute DM activations to connect with potential partners and influencers.
