POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Bakery Attendant at Rokka's Market, you will be the face of our bakery, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the display cases are always stocked with fresh, visually appealing baked goods. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will be key in maintaining a high standard of quality and presentation. You will work closely with the bakery team to manage inventory and notify management when supplies are low, ensuring a smooth operation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders, providing product information, packaging baked goods, and handling payment.
• Display management: Stocking display cases with fresh baked goods, rotating stock to ensure freshness, and ensuring attractive presentation.
• Cleaning and sanitation: Maintaining cleanliness of work surfaces, equipment, and utensils, following proper sanitation procedures.
• Inventory management: Checking stock levels, rotating products, and notifying management when supplies are low.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma, experience with customer service

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $40 - $60
