Position Summary

Our team is looking for an ambitious, strategic thinker who can deliver extraordinary results. As the General Manager at Luxe Haus, you’ll oversee every aspect of our luxury property management and vacation rental operations, ensuring a seamless experience for guests, homeowners, and team members. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll collaborate on growth strategies, implement innovative solutions, and foster a culture of excellence.

This role defines the strategic vision, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our luxury standards and core values. As a leader and mentor, this individual inspires the team, attracts top talent, fosters skill development, and cultivates a positive, enriching workplace culture. Serving as the ultimate host, they act as the Ambassador and key representative of the property, building strong relationships with team members, owners, and the broader community.

Responsibilities

  • Captivate personalized guest experiences with a sense of the cultural place and drive property knowledge, execution and compliance of all hotel brand standards.
  • Drive property achievement in the following areas: group, transient and other room revenue and all other sources of income for the property.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships by engaging in the local culture and nurture strong relationships with local officials, businesses and customers.
  • Ensure flawless daily operations of all luxury property management services, maintaining high-quality standards that uphold Luxe Haus’ reputation.
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with homeowners, ensuring their investments are protected and valued.
  • Lead and empower your team, driving operational excellence through strategic goal-setting, training, and mentorship.
  • Oversee property inspections, vendor coordination, and process optimization to maintain exceptional property care.
  • Manage budgets and operational expenses, providing detailed reporting to support financial transparency.
  • Resolve guest concerns swiftly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and fostering trust.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, including pricing strategies, market conditions, and local regulations, to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive level position at a vacation rental company, luxury preferred
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing teams and inspiring high performance.
  • Self-motivated, well organized, ability to motivate others and results driven leader with exceptional ability to meet and exceed deadlines and goals
  • Existing relationships and understanding of OTA's, travel agents and travel wholesalers a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency using a PMS, CRS, and CRM systems; familiarity with HOA and vacation rental regulations is a plus.
  • Financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and reading P&Ls.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed to meet seasonal demands.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (BA or BS) is preferred.
  • 5% travel is required in this role.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 annual salary based on experience, OTE of $130,000 - $145,000

Bonus: Bonus paid on home acquisition for both STR and PM verticals

Schedule: Hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, with weekends and holidays required as needed.

Salary : $115,000 - $130,000
