This person will play a critical role in shaping our housekeeping operations, ensuring that every property meets LocalVR’s high standards. Annual Salary: $63,000 - $72,000

Responsibilities
- Hiring, training, and managing the housekeeping team
- Overseeing payroll and scheduling for housekeeping staff
- Managing inventory and ordering necessary supplies
- Conducting field inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Coordinating with the ground operations team to report maintenance issues, prioritize schedules, and respond to guest concerns
- Partnering with vendors, particularly laundromat services, to ensure seamless operations
- Utilizing ResortCleaning to schedule cleans, document property conditions with photos, and maintain detailed records
- Driving process improvements in training, management, quality control, supplies, and technology
- 2 years in hospitality or the vacation rental industry
- 2 years in management
- Ability to learn and use technology for scheduling, reporting, and quality control
- Bilingual - Spanish/English
Annual Salary: $63,000 - $72,000
