POSITION SUMMARY:
The Case Advocate supports the Case Managers by assisting in the collection of necessary documentation for tax resolution. This role involves consistent communication with clients, ensuring that all required documents are gathered and processed efficiently.
JOB DUTIES:
- Assist in the collection of all necessary documents for tax resolution, maintaining an organized system for tracking requests and receipts.
- Consistently communicate with clients via phone, email, and text messages to remind them of outstanding document requests and deadlines.
- Upload and properly rename documents within the CRM, maintaining data integrity and accessibility.
- Provide basic explanations to clients regarding the importance of requested documents and the role they play in the resolution process.
- The Case Advocate must be proficient in using the Logics CRM system and must effectively manage multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and text messages.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be bilingual in Spanish.
- Possess basic knowledge of IRS resolution processes and IRS notices to assist in client education.
- Relevant experience in case management or client services, preferably within a tax or financial services environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, particularly Logics CRM, is preferred. A thorough understanding of IRS procedures and tax resolution options is beneficial.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
