Job Title: Entry-Level Data Analyst

Location: This position is onsite in Irvine, CA.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $21.00-26.00 per hour based on experience, qualifications, and skillset with potential opportunity for bonuses

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven strategies and contribute to the success of key business initiatives.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for data analysis who is eager to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment..

Key Responsibilities:

The Entry-Level Data Analyst must be able to perform the following tasks:

• Collect, clean, and organize raw data from various internal and external sources.
• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and dashboards for internal teams and stakeholders.
• Support the development and maintenance of data models, databases, and automated processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through quality checks and validation processes.
• Collaborate with team members to understand business needs and help translate them into data solutions.
• Learn and use data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to communicate findings.
• Assist in ad-hoc analysis requests and special projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:

The Entry-Level Data Analyst must have the following experiences:

• Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
• Familiarity with SQL and basic database concepts.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to present data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of data analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or project experience involving data analysis or working with datasets.
• Experience with data cleaning and data preprocessing techniques.
• Understanding of basic statistical concepts and methodologies.
